We were in shock and decided that we needed to find alternative coverage. We met with Lisa Newman, Grass Valley Office, and she was wonderful. She is extremely knowledgeable and explained all the coverage we would need and were able to switch to The Fair Plan with a second policy for the home. The cost savings were impressive.
