It is 9:30am, and he is still not here. A buisness that claims to be open at 9am, should be open at 9am. I don't think it's fair that we have to clear our schedule just to sit and wait at their buisness because they onare late. Another bad thing is, he gave me a "personal" phone number to call, which ended up being in the office, and since he's not here, the phone call was pointless too. Not a very reliable office for an insurance agency. Update: He arrived and went in the office at 10AM, turned on all the lights, and has not opened the door yet, and it is 10:40am. Update: My husband just called at 10:40am, and amazingly he answered, and we found out he's open, but hasn't flipped his sign around.

I kept telling my associate that my address was not in California due to being in the military, but she signed me up for the California club anyways. I'm still not confident I have the correct service for my needs. The interaction felt impersonal and driven by sales targets, not by my needs as a AAA member for ~8 years. Don't get me wrong, I got what I needed and they did it quickly, but overall it was a depressing experience. The office environment also felt unnecessarily tense... one staff member told me they were going to work regular hours (9-6) on New Year's Eve. Even the military allow minimum manning during the holiday periods to allow their members adequate celebration time with their families. I'm glad I don't work for this AAA club. Overall, I left feeling like a number, not a valued member. AAA should hold its locations to a higher standard.
