I selected a policy costing $542 per month and provided him with a credit card number to complete the transaction. My credit card was then charged $1,124.00. When I contacted Mr. Buza, I was told that $1124.00 was actually the cost of the policy selected for my age group. He told me not to worry that the policy would be cancelled (as this was not affordable). A week later when I failed to hear back from Mr. Buza, I contacted his office only to find out I that I needed to cancel the policy myself. This has been very difficult to get straightened out and not resolved yet. Once this mistake was made by Mr. Buza, I was dropped like a hot potato...never to be heard from again. DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY WITH YOUR HOME OR YOUR INSURANCE COVERAGE.!!…read more I strongly recommend staying away from this agency. My experience was extremely unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I purchased homeowners insurance through this agency and trusted them to properly handle my coverage. They knew there was an inspection issue and knew the policy was being cancelled, yet I was not clearly informed that my homeowners insurance had actually been cancelled. I only discovered the problem after receiving a $1,770 refund check and having to repeatedly contact the agency myself to find out what had happened. I then spent weeks trying to resolve a situation that should never have reached this point. As a result of this coverage gap, I am now facing an approximately $790 charge from my mortgage lender. I have documentation, emails, cancellation records and communications showing the timeline of what happened. What is even more frustrating is that, instead of taking responsibility for how this situation was handled, I was repeatedly told that the responsibility was mine because an inspector supposedly could not reach me. Meanwhile, the agency had already been communicating with the insurance company about the inspection and cancellation. This is not the level of professionalism, communication or accountability I expect from an insurance agency. I have already had to reconsider my relationship with this agency for other insurance as well. DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY BLINDLY WITH YOUR HOME OR YOUR INSURANCE COVERAGE. Verify everything yourself, get everything in writing, and do not assume that your agent will notify you when something goes wrong. In my experience, this has been one of the most disappointing and unprofessional experiences I have ever had with an insurance agency. I absolutely do NOT recommend Fernanda Macedo Insurance Agency.!!!!

Being that I have worked with State Farm Agencies since 2005 (and a Licensed Agent myself since…read more2002) Vivian Suarez, is the third Agent I've worked with. There is nothing laid back about her office. All six of her employees stay very busy ALL day, M-F 9-5. Several of us come in early & leave late, by choice, to complete the Clients requests and needs from the day, because they are extremely important to us! Each of us, has Clients who only want to work with a particular Representative. That is enjoyable, as we are "The Good Neighbor" and building relationships with you, is one of my favorite parts of working for Vivian's State Farm Agency. We are here to help protect you from the risks each face on a daily basis. Personally, I would rather trust my risk protection to an Agent I've built a relationship with,. With other Companies you only get a voice sitting in a call center. You will never be able to talk them again. There is no relationship building there! Getting to know You & your family is so important to the Vivian Suarez State Farm Agency. The only complaint I've ever heard of is how busy our phones are. That is completely understandable when you are as good as we are. Please know that if you ever have trouble reaching any of me by phone, email me "Ruthie at SFViv. Com". I look forward to helping you with what ever you need.
