They were unwilling to communicate directly with the repair shop, and the shop did not initially provide my rental receipts, which turned the entire process into a mess. After finally gathering and submitting all required documentation, I was reimbursed only $150 toward an $800 rental expense. Unfortunately, I was informed that this amount was final, leaving me responsible for the remaining balance. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. If you are considering an extended vehicle warranty, I strongly recommend researching the company thoroughly--this one did not come through as promised. 0/10 NO Stars!

About 2 weeks ago I accidentally found out Allstate has been charging me for BOTH policies for last 20 months. I called my agency. I have been told that they will NOT refund 9 of the 20 months because they say I did not cancel the old policy. Really? Obviously they would have known I sold the old property because that was why I was buying a new policy. now will have to go get legal representation to get a judgment on this.
