The customer service was absolutely horrendous. A friend recommended Safeguard Insurance on US Hwy 19 in Port Richey. I called, the receptionist took some information and told me an agent would call. After dealing with the OTHER company, I thought "great another never return call that will never come." BUT I was so wrong and so happy when Agent Sandy Baker called me. We talked, I sent her information she needed and received a quote the next day. I thought excellent customer service was a thing of the past but SANDY made me a believer again.
