My policy was cancelled. They said my credit card denied the payment, therefore they cancelled me. I called office numerous times to rectify billing error. They refused to assist. I went to another company and am happy. Today, I received letter from Keith Fulton's office. They offered me auto policy for TWICE as much as I was paying. WOW. Makes you wonder what their true intentions were initially. More money? Shame on you Keith Fulton.

First of all you won't see Keith Fulton or even know if he exists. 2 no one will come out and inspect your property, it is your responsibility to share any information that might save you some money. Example wind mitigation your policy will probably state toe nail constructio, but you will save quite a bit if you have hurricane construction. I had that, but they wouldn't give you any money back. They did however save me some money when I provided the information to them, then some how the next year my premium increased even higher than it was. Shame on me I guess. Here's is something that was funny I thought well being with All State they might contact me with a policy with an auto bundle saving, wow nothing. So I am A busy guy and don't have time to recheck everything that crosses my table and thought that my Insurance agent. The customer service was absolutely horrendous. A friend recommended Safeguard Insurance on US Hwy 19 in Port Richey. I called, the receptionist took some information and told me an agent would call. After dealing with the OTHER company, I thought "great another never return call that will never come." BUT I was so wrong and so happy when Agent Sandy Baker called me. We talked, I sent her information she needed and received a quote the next day. I thought excellent customer service was a thing of the past but SANDY made me a believer again.
