They tried to say we did a "false" claim, even though the other driver, who didn't have insurance and ran a stop sign, did his statement which completely matched exactly what we said. This shouldn't have been a big deal, but our car has sat at a Walmart from that day, undriveable, yet we were somehow filing a "false claim". This company is known for things like this and had we known this, we NEVER would have used them to begin with. Now we have to get an attorney because they will not pay for this, but this is THE WHOLE POINT! IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS, THAT IS WHAT THEY DESERVE!

**Extremely Disappointed With GoAuto**…read more I've been a GoAuto policyholder for **6 years and have never filed a claim** until now. My vehicle was broken into on August 11, and the handling of this claim has been extremely disappointing. My claim was reassigned, Blakely has not been helpful, Chris Fontenot's email responses have been rude and dismissive, and Gabby Santizo has been out of the office. I should not have to chase my insurance company for basic communication and assistance. After six years of paying for coverage without a single claim, this is how GoAuto handles my first claim. **Completely unacceptable.**
