New After an accident that happened on March 5, 2025, this company falsely stringed us along. They tried to say we did a "false" claim, even though the other driver, who didn't have insurance and ran a stop sign, did his statement which completely matched exactly what we said. This shouldn't have been a big deal, but our car has sat at a Walmart from that day, undriveable, yet we were somehow filing a "false claim". I worked with this company in FNIOL dept. I wasn't properly trained. Coming from a medical background to insurance is completely different. My employment lasted less than 30 days in which I couldn't be apart of a company that doesn't properly train you to be efficient in the job description. I was in an accident on 9/21/24 with one of their insured and here it is going on 6weeks later and they have yet to accept the claim. Police report clearly states that they were at fault but they let the insured tell them "thats not what they told the police." So now we're waiting in body cam footage that was requested 9/26/24 and ironically this wk when "it should be received" the adjuster is out on vacation and the supervisor is not available. The only recommendation I have in this situation...when dealing with any insurance claim ESPECIALLY the small name insurances..HIRE AN ATTORNEY! If you are trying to cancel but can not get anyone on the phone, press 5 which is the option for if you want a new policy then you can cancel with that agent. smh when they think you want to open a policy they answer in less than 5 minutes. When I pressed option 6 to speak with a representative I waited on the phone over 35 minutes before hanging up. And it takes them 30-60 days to send your refund which is ridiculous read more

Go Auto has an adjuster Cosmo Douglas called 10 days after the accident and I have never been so outdone. He was very unprofessional and tried to convince us that even though their client hit us in the rear, admitted fault and left scene, and police were called, he does not have to pay he will deny claim. He was belittling and talk down to us repeatedly. I have been in the industry for 42 years and never would consider handling anything as poorly as him. He was so ignorant and I am really at a loss for words. I would hope Go auto pulls records of the recording. If not, I have it recorded. He will not pay out on the claim because he can do that. I guess I will not have to sue which I CLEARLY was against from day 1. I am not a fan of lawsuits but I be darn if an adjuster will speak to me like I am garbage and if I don't kiss up to him, he denies the claim. If there were a 0 ,that's what it would be. I am in the process of finding another insurance. I had to file a claim. Had to deal with Taneisha Banks. Her attitude with customers is very pathetic. So I had to file a claim, the shop doing the repairs tried for a week to get a hold of the adjuster and couldn't. I had to email contact Taneisha to have the adjuster contact the shop. That was finally done Well it took a long period of time for the shop to get a supplement for my vehicle. Needless to say I was kicked out of my rental because it was 30 days,30 days only due to the shop having a hard time getting a hold of someone so he could get approval for repairs.Thats what took the shop so long. Taneisha was very rude and very cold towards me. Her exact words to me were "I don't have the time to be calling shops to check on vehicles". Told me that I could stay in the rental but if her supervisor didn't approve the extension on the rental ,then I would have to pay for it. What she doesn't know is where I work I guess. Im at body shops every day in South Louisiana and I see adjusters and have befriended many of them. Just like one of them told me,Yes it is her job to check the status of my vehicle, actually she works for me because of it weren't for me and everyone else that pays insurance,she wouldn't have the job she has. I tried to be nice about everything but I'm done being nice being that I have now missed 2 days of work, lost wages,missed my child's last softball game,don't have a way to the grocery store to get what my kids need,if one of my kids get hurt I will have to call an ambulance. All I can tell anyone reading this....RUN,because if this company allows heartless ,rude inconsiderate ppl like the one I had to deal with to work for them............. Also she told me her supervisor would contact me in 2 days ,I have yet to hear from the supervisor. My wife was in a accident with one of their customers. They were horrible. The damages for our vehicle was $1379. They sent us a check for $800 (I still have it). They never answer their phones (by design I think). I finally had to turn this mess over to my insurance company (USAA) and they took care of everything.
