Well, Laura didn't like the fact that I was sitting in my backseat because the sun was shining in my eyes so she called the police on me. They came, we talked, said I was good, they left, everything's good. When the bank finally opened, Laura met me at the door, with a real sharp attitude. She wanted me at her desk. I asked if there was a problem and yes she was not happy with me begin there before they opened. And she doesn't want me parking in the back parking area anymore, even thought the front only has very few parking spots and are always taken. I had just driven 6 hours and how dare me show up before opening time. Many other things were said and to make a long story short, I'm going to close my accounts tomorrow. I've been with this bank over 40 years and I'm done because of her. I'm closing all three of my accounts and canceling my credit card. I am at Hancock bank as we speak waiting to open an account. I am not a child and I will not sit back and be treated like one. She tried her best to degrade me and made all the other workers there very uncomfortable. Something definitely needs to be done with this Laura Parker. 40 year customer gone!
