Most people, including myself prior to speaking with Adam, do not know how auto insurance works. Adam took the time to educate me on my insurance coverage at the time. We found out that I was paying less with my insurance provider at the time for the same coverage that Adam quoted me at. However, when applying more coverage to the State Farm quote, it was not much more per month than my insurance provider premium at that time. So I signed with Adam and even though my premium went up only a few $ more than my provider at that time, I gained more insurance coverage at the end of the day. Now I feel more confident while driving and I do not mind paying a few bucks more a month for better, bigger auto insurance coverage. When I got into an accident recently, when it was the other driver's fault, I was told State Farm wouldn't fight the other insurance company and that I'd have to file a claim and, subsequently, see my rates soar. Then I get a knock on my credit score because I submitted a payment and it was returned. Seems like someone in the office changed my payment method, after 25 years, without my knowledge or authorization. Caryn is great at taking customers' money. But she sure as Hell won't do anything for her customers when they need her. Buyer beware.

What a mistake! The woman I spoke with was rude, condescending, almost mean. After speaking with her a few minutes, I was uncomfortable giving her my personal info. When I asked if there was someone else in the office I could speak with, she screamed at me "No! Now give me your info so I can get a quote". It's then that I said goodbye and hung up. Apparently, Atlas has Caller ID, because the woman (Sue) immediately called back and, with a nasty tone of voice, left a weird message for us to call her back for a quote. My husband, who had over heard this conversation, said that we would not be doing business with Atlas due to way I was treated. He suggested I write this review. Needless to say, we called another agency, got great service and lowered our insurance costs!
