Potential and current clients can gain a ton of insight into what the problem is from your response and make better decisions as a result. So, thank you for that. As far as becoming a client again with SF? Well, I still am a client and will be on other policies. But, as for auto and renters or homeowners? I'm not sure. I have since been able to find better coverage, lower deductibles, more payouts and added coverage than my SF policies for lower premiums. Which is something that at my last renewal according to you SF just could not do because of inflation costs of accident claims and losses in the millions to SF across the country because of paid out claims and rising costs. All of which is not my problem being an excellent driver and being able to adequately manage my own finances even in these difficult times. I am glad to have the reimbursements for monies I was rightfully and patiently waiting for. It's truly a shame that it took this long to put a period at the end of the sentence in this situation though. Perhaps SF corporate can learn from experiences you may share with them about this situation and improve their relationship with their clients. Of which without them they would be nothing.

We continue to be very happy customers at Steven Aft's State Farm Insurance and we could not be more pleased to have spent 26 years with this State Farm Agency in Murphy, NC. When we had water damage due to lady bugs that blocked one of our air conditioners, State Farm was on top of it. Handled it swiftly with a State Farm Rep to come examine the damage and covered the entire cost of repairing all areas that were damaged. Excellent service. Years ago, probably 15 to 17 years ago, a storm damaged our roof, we are at 2,400 feet on top of a mountain. Yes, the view and sunsets are amazing! That was our first claim in Murphy and again State Farm handled the claim immediately. We have been long time State Farm customers, basically *forever*. We have agents in the ATL burbs for both our house and for our 2 daughters and their families homes. In 2006, when the neighbors dead tree went over their house and hit our house where the roof met from the front & back of the house, it was 3 months and $50,000 to repair the damage. Our State Farm Agent in Alpharetta/Johns Creek was excellent as well as Steven Aft's agency is. Everything handled with no issues only great service from our State Farm Agents and State Farm Insurance. Thank you, Steven Aft and your team for all you have done for us to date and will continue to do if something should arise. It is appreciated.

Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. Agency owner Steven Aft was made aware of my concerns privately on two separate occasions and chose not to respond. Or take any action to stop this.
