The fact that they were so relentless in their pursuit, actually worked. Once I was ready I signed up with them, and they have just further impressed me. The day I set it up was in person, and I had to bring my children with me. The staff was so nice and accommodating to my kids, even though they were a distraction. The staff's interactions in person and on the phone are always exceptional. They make you feel valued. They don't make you feel like just another person paying a bill. I never felt that way with an insurance company. Also- they've given me the best rate I've ever had as well. I would 100 percent recommend Andrew Parker State Farm to anyone and everyone!

Called and spoke to Eric (an agent at Volk's Avanti) for a commercial quote on a property I was…read morepurchasing. Closing was scheduled for the 20th of the month. I called initially 3 weeks in advance of the closing date. We spoke several times over the next few days, while he spoke with insurance providers and got the necessary required information from me. Once he obtained all the information from me, he called and left a voicemail, stating he had price options to discuss with me. At this point, closing is one week away. I called him back the next morning...and 5 more times throughout the week, leaving a message each time. No response. I was forced to push back the closing, as insurance on the property is required for a successful ownership transfer. Again, on the 20th, I reach out to Eric. Finally I get him on the phone and receive the requested prices. He asks me when I can come sign the policy and make a payment. I explained that I was on my way to his area, and could stop by immediately and sign necessary papers and provide payment, but that I would be in a rush, due to a doctors appointment. I arrive at his office 10 minutes later. I'm met by the receptionist? I tell her my purpose, she disappears to Eric's office and comes back to tell me I'll have to wait, he's on the phone and it could be a while. I waited about 5 minutes before the same receptionist went and located another agent to help me. This agent comes out, I again explain what I need, he laughs and says "oh yeah, you're just going to have to wait for Eric on that." It's a new policy. And a payment. Not rocket science. So, I left explaining that I had spent enough of my life waiting on assistance from their office. My thoughts upon departing were this: Thank goodness I didn't use this company for insurance, because if it's this much trouble to get in touch with their agents to PAY THEM MONEY...it would be seemingly impossible to get in touch with them, in the tragic event that I would need them for a catastrophic event involving my business. Do NOT use them. Find an agent that will respond.

We come to find out that the coverage we were sold does not cover the pool. I guess live and learn. We should have went with an insurance company interested in telling us more about what is covered then "relationships". It took forever to get any responses from them and then when we finally got a claim in they advise it is not covered. Why not just say that before sending an adjuster out. Do you not even know what policy you sold us??? Horrible service and typical insurance company that wants you to pay for a policy and when the need for insurance arrives - they are no where to be found.

Who, in their right mind, would get insurance from someone who peddles their product by mailing junk to someone's home. I would NEVER purchase any product from someone who continues to send this garbage to my mailing address. I tried to stop it online, but you have to agree to letting him send you crap in the mail and call your phone and leave messages before you can submit a STOP request. What a guy. Must be desperate.
