I've had State Farm insurance for many years…read more Had an accident in Michigan, but I live in Neosho. I was getting the run around and don't have rental car insurance so I would be responsible for going back there and bringing the car to Neosho. I decided that it made more sense to have it shipped back here and would actually be cheaper and save me a day's worth of driving. Talked to Fred and he was adamant that that was not how things were done. For 10 minutes I heard about how he had an accident in Tennessee and got his car fixed there. By the end of the conversation, he was yelling at me to keep it there and not transfer the claim to the Missouri office. Only reason I can think of was that it must have affected his bonus. Can't believe I actually paid that guy money for so long. Ended up having it shipped, but what a mess. Switched to Eric Norris
