A day passed without receiving a quote, so I called and left a message. at the end of the second day, I received an email quote with only the auto insurance and zero return phone call. On the third day, I called again and was told the agent was busy, so I asked for another agent to handle the quote. The second agent was uninterested in helping, so I told them not to bother and that I would look elsewhere for a quote. Later that day the original agent emailed that he was busy with another client and they were busy helping all the new clients. I can only imagine how poor the customer service will be once you purchased an insurance policy.

Without her help, I would never have been able to use my OnPoint points for a flight to Montana. (Funny thing is I actually ran into her at the Seattle/Tacoma airport when I did.) I have never waited too long or felt rushed at this branch. It's a wonderful place to do business!

I knew that any wire transfers that do not get sent past 2:30pm on a Friday get sent Monday. I walked into the branch and told them I wanted to wire transfer $60,000 to my brokerage account, to buy stocks. I played a shell game for over an hour where the bank tellers pretended to be ignorant about how to send a wire transfer. I even called my brokerage on the phone and had him explain all the details to the bank teller and it was excuse after excuse. After finally threatening to close all my accounts and saying, "if you don't get this wire transfer by today, I'm walking out of this bank today with $60,000 in cash." The teller finally decided to stop playing dumb and wire transfer my money. I was respectful throughout this HOUR ordeal (not waiting, they were just pretending to be stupid to not send the money). They even threatened to call the cops on me because I raised my voice and said "IVE BEEN WAITING FOR A WIRE TRANSFER FOR OVER AN HOUR AND NOBODY CAN FIGURE THIS OUT!?" They tried to wait past the deadline so the bank got my interest over 3 more days. Onpoint, after this situation, I have opened an account with Sofi, where I can wire transfer without human interaction. If you don't put customers first, you will lose customers.

As owners of a micro-boutique winery and vineyard, it was important to us to work with an insurer who understood our industry and some of the unique factors surrounding it (how do you insure wine stored off site and for how much? what kind of liability coverage do we need for vineyard workers and tasting room guests? how much coverage should we put on all our farm vehicles? You get the idea.) Heidi spent years immersing herself in the wine industry to understand every nuance and detail--and we feel that we are in exceptionally capable hands. I've recommended her to multiple other small wineries in our region, and wouldn't hesitate to do so again. Additionally, all of our personal insurance coverage for our home, vehicles, etc is with Heidi; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her for non-winery clients as well. If I could give her 500 stars I would.

With only 4 MONTHS left to renewal, I received a notice that my homeowners' policy would not be renewed unless my roof was replaced before then. By February 12. In Oregon. After sending pictures of my (discolored, but still functional) roof to their office, I asked to speak with Jared. I was advised that "he only works on more important policies." NICE. It then took nearly a month for their underwriter to review the pictures and determine that the roof must be replaced by February 12, or no more homeowners' insurance. --Since the time I started needing insurance for anything, State Farm has been the "go to". Not anymore. Policy holders BEWARE, especially if you're "not important".
