Not to mention, so many of the "perks" they tout in commercials are actually only available with other "products" and the price -- my lord, even worse than what I was seeing. And I'm a stable, married, great credit score, multiple car no tickets/accidents, high deductible customer. ??? Going online I was finding amazing rates from other carriers -- but worried about switching without some direct advice and counsel. I know insurance but was worried I'd miss something. Jason was perfect. Good humor, energetic, and willing to work to earn my business. He was happy to answer questions, and also interacted with me on the level I could understand -- as I said I know a bit about insurance (having worked in another line), and he leveraged off that. He's happy to work via email and phone in the way that's convenient for you. (Unlike my Allstate agent, who balked at answering questions on the phone and wanted me to make an appointment to come into his office. Ain't got time for that, dude.) In the end, I ended up getting MORE coverage for a LOT less money with a reputable company I respect. Jason is an asset to Slater and Associates, and I know if I have questions or more insurance needs, I've got someone working hard on my side! Suck it, Allstate! :)
