On the third day, I called again and was told the agent was busy, so I asked for another agent to handle the quote. The second agent was uninterested in helping, so I told them not to bother and that I would look elsewhere for a quote. Later that day the original agent emailed that he was busy with another client and they were busy helping all the new clients. I can only imagine how poor the customer service will be once you purchased an insurance policy.

I and my…read morehusband both spoke with Julie about this matter and neither Allstate nor the dealership wants to claim responsibility regarding a refund but both are so quick to take the consumers money. This action caused a lot of problems for us beginning with an overdraft of our account after I told Julie we did not have the amount we were being billed in the bank to cover it. Insurance is the biggest rip off in the world. Buying a horse!!! Screw Allstate and Newberg Dodge!!!
