I could hardly hear the agent over baby crying & dog barking noise. She told me it's alot of detail work to get an accurate quote! She said let's see if we are competive before she spends time working the quote. She gave another excessive quote. My auto insurance just continued to increase (with zero claims, no traffic violations, 830 credit score). Purchased a new Tesla and Amica increased another $1K. I now bundled with another major insurer at 50% of what Amica quoted. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere Amica has lost their way!

What a waste of time. But I am glad to discover this company is totally incompetent before I purchased a policy from them. Don't send letters promising a special insurance quote offering when you have no intention of providing insurance. What a waste of time.
