Sounds like a distraction from "safe" driving! Also chatting with an agent he left the conversation, also asked to speak to a manager and he refused to transfer me! Simple. Just the Worst experiences I've ever had…read more It takes forever to get a reply once you email them with a question. They say State Farm takes 3 to 4 weeks to change an auto policy. I submitted my request on July 3, but on July 28, there's been no sign that the policy was changed--nothing on the State Farm website or App, no confirmation emails, and no communication from the agent. Apparently, only they can "see it on their system." There's been no progress. I've never dealt with an insurance company that takes this long to make a simple policy change. Honestly, it feels like they're just trying to hold onto the policy as long as possible to keep earning their commission. They're quick to charge your card in seconds, but when it comes to refunds or providing a timeline, there's zero information--again, only visible "on their screen." They keep saying, "This is how State Farm works," but I've had State Farm in Texas and never experienced anything like this. I've given up trying to deal with them. Good luck to anyone still trying! I might be just asshole.

Since it ran under my land the town had to drill a huge rectangular hole and then "patch" it up. My request asked for a possible reseal which would have covered the sight up a bit. Instead they typed up a letter of DENIAL which was then posted via Internet and actually made me look like a criminal. Eventually I had to resurface everything years later and decided to post a warning...DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. I have no explanation for their behavior except an attempt to save money at the expense of a paying client. Shame, shame, shame....

However, the claim adjuster said I need to provide receipt proof of ownership and refused to pay out the claim indicating that we couldn't prove the washer/dryer emerged in water was the real reason it didn't work. DON"T USE THIS COMPANY! Go to one of major home insurance companies. They might cost more but they pay out when you actually have damage to your house. Narragansett Bay is a fraud and want to keep your premiums and make money. THIS IS A DISHONEST Company. BEWARE of their claims adjuster Renee Gilmore.

The man that helped me with the sign up process started off very formal, but began making small talk about my travel plans and his past trips to the same area while we waited for his machine to load (it glitched in a few parts of the process, but nothing major). He was very personable! To sign up for pre-check AND to get passport photos taken while I was there only took me 50 minutes altogether, with a slight wait in between. I didn't realize you could do both of these services here, so I was happy to knock out 2 tasks I'd been avoiding at once. Very convenient large parking lot and easy overall experience. My photos were free thanks to my level of AAA membership status. They did not take the photo at the most flattering angle, which I feel like could have been avoided, but overall I was very pleased with how smooth both processes were.

This morning I called and got a AAA tow truck to come and tow the car to the dealership for repair. The driver whose name was Gilberto was fantastic. He was beyond friendly, so helpful, courteous, friendly and kind. The drive to the dealership in the tow truck was made all the better by Gilberto's joyous nature. Anyone who happens to need a tow and ends up with Gilberto is extremely lucky indeed.
