He clearly communicated his schedule, made himself available through text, answered when I called, and responded to every question and concern. He even listened to my business needs and created a custom commercial insurance plan...that was AFTER he spent the time to research my business thoroughly. He's a Santa Barbara native, born and raised, and it shows. He's proud of his work and cares about the businesses in our community. I often walk by his office and see him at his desk. He's like an old school, small town agency. And he actually shows up to work.
