I had a concussion and whiplash and their adjuster all but told me I was a liar. Their photographer manipulated my bumper to make it look like there was no damage. However the collision center pulled the bumper off and not only was the inside of the bumper destroyed, my trunk had damage, and the drop plate under my car was hanging. They are trying to claim their client let off the gas and bumped me when in reality I was at a red light and he hit me without ever breaking. DO NOT try to recoup money from them. Go through your insurance company and your insurance company will make them pay. Also, if you have medical bills and/or lost wages, you will have to get an attorney. Only getting 1 star because you have to choose to post.
