However, a few weeks later, State Farm attempted to cancel my policy, claiming I had too many claims. I called and discussed the issue in detail with multiple representatives, even speaking with someone from underwriting. Unfortunately, I was repeatedly routed back to my agent, who offered no solutions and simply claimed it was beyond his control. Left with no other options, I explained the situation to him again, but he showed no willingness to advocate for me or resolve the issue. After nearly three months of persistent communication, I was finally able to prevent my policy from being canceled--entirely on my own. The lack of assistance and accountability from this agent was deeply frustrating, and I cannot recommend his services.
