I hired this appraiser for a diminished value claim on my 2026 Tesla Model Y and paid $540 for the…read morereport. The appraisal concluded that my vehicle suffered approximately $4,500 in diminished value. When the insurance company challenged the report, their primary criticism was that the comparable vehicles used in the appraisal were not the same model year as my vehicle. I reached out to the appraiser for assistance and clarification regarding the methodology used in the report, expecting some support for a report I had paid for. Instead of providing an explanation, rebuttal, or updated comparables, I was simply told that I should be able to argue the points myself. I was not asking him to negotiate with the insurance company on my behalf. I was only looking for support regarding the conclusions and methodology contained in the report he prepared. Had I known that there would be no meaningful support after the report was delivered, I would have reconsidered hiring this company. The appraisal itself may have value, but the lack of follow-up support when the report was challenged was very disappointing. Edit******************************* The owner's response focuses on the fact that he called me, but it does not address the reason for my review. The issue was not communication. The issue was the lack of meaningful support when the report was challenged. Potential customers should understand that once the report is delivered, they may be largely on their own if the insurance company disputes the conclusions. Don't recommend

When one renewal increased to more than $2,000, Monika shopped the market and found an alternative policy for about $400. The following year, she reached out ahead of the renewal, reviewed the available carriers again, and found another option for about $247 compared with a roughly $481 renewal offer. I independently checked the available pricing and reached the same conclusion about the policy she recommended. I especially appreciate the initiative.
