Matthew from State Farm was very helpful with all my concerns of Auto and Home insurance. It exceeded my expectations and signed my contract with him. Definitely worth a call. Thank you. read more

Horrible Customer Service and super unprofessional by the owner Glenn Bartlett. If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely disappointed, hung up the phone while I was still trying to talk and discuss more information regarding the insurance policy. Could be in the industry for over 20 years but it does not mean anytime, clearly all these past years have not taught him anything. read more

My experience with State was very good. Hector was my sales person. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me get the information I needed to make the purchase best suited for my needs. He was very courteous and did not pressure me. I got the bundle both home and auto insurance that I needed. Thankyou Hector, Joe Ciarrocchi read more

No one manning this ship. Checks are sent to random addresses, policies are canceled without apology for office mistakes, and agents provide incorrection information resulting in errors. RUN! read more

everyone that I have spoken with, has been very professional and your customer is suburb!!!

Non-communicative staff. Reached out to Steven to finalize policy both by phone and email with no response. I made a call to State Farm in Fort Lee and found the customer service to be superior. read more

I have had State Farm for several years, probably a decade. Initially I was with State Farm located in Fort Lee, NJ then I switched over to Glenn Bartlett. They will call you and text you, basically harass you for one day late payment but won't even bother calling you back for questions about your plan. read more

Had a good experience in the past but today I spoke with... let's call her V...30 minutes of slow questions and waiting between questions to add a second car. In the end a confirmed price could not be given asking 3 times. Called a competitor and dropped State Farm. What a shame... there was competent people in the past who provided service in a timely manner. read more

The Glenn Bartlett State Farm agency was my agent for several years in New Jersey - Home and Auto. Moved away for a few years, and then returned to NJ about year ago. Signed right back up with them, and their team. Very big family atmosphere, courteous, prompt and very detailed. They helped me save on multiple facets for my policy that was tailored to my families needs. Was always satisfied, and very happy they got even more awesome. Glenn and Steven and his whole team are always available and there to educate me on things I may have missed. State Farm is very fortunate to have them represent the company. read more

No complaints. My family has been insured with State Farm through Glenn for close to 30 years. I don't know if it's been that long but he used to have an office in Hillside , NJ and we stuck with him when he moved. I have car, home, business insurance and everything works the way that it should. Everyone in the office has always been professional and responsive to any issue that I may of had. read more

First let me ask the question, Is there no integrity in business anymore? So here goes.. I switched to this office around a year ago from another office who couldn't answer any of my policy questions. I had spoken to a well competent individual in this office who was able to answer my questions . so I decided to switch. I recently received a notice in the mail stating book your appt today to review your policy. I thought it was a good idea to do so since I had not reviewed it in a while. (kudos for sending out the reminder). I booked an appt with Glen (the owner) for today, Saturday. Let me say, I booked the appt at least 2 weeks ago. Glen offered to come in on a Saturday (his day off) because I get home late from work and couldn't get to the office during their evening hours (kudos again for trying to accommodate my schedule). Well, enough of the kudos, lets get to the crust of it. I get to my appt today at least 10 minutes before my scheduled time. I enter the office and mention I have an appt with Glenn at noon. The young lady looks at me and says Glenn doesn't work on Saturdays. My response was, I am aware of that, but he specifically booked the Saturday appt with me to accommodate my schedule. I asked her to give him a call on his cell to see if he was still coming so I wouldn't be waiting around. She called him and advised me (with Glenn on the phone) that he would not be coming. No apologies, no nothing. Just he wasn't coming. She also stated to me he is forgetful like that. Really? Isn't this HIS business? Doesn't he keep track of his appt's? Doesn't he want to keep his customers happy? Now C'mon people. My time is just as important as your time. If you can't make a previously scheduled appt ( and I understand things happen) common courtesy is you call the individual and reschedule in advance. I'm sure if I didn't show up for my appt and he was in the office he would have been very unhappy especially it being his day off. Let's see if he calls me back to reschedule (probably not). I'll give it another chance. Hopefully, the 2nd time he actually makes it. read more

I don't have enough words to describe what a great experience I have had with this agency. I have dealt with Robert Doncoes for years and he has been so helpful. Always answers my phone calls and all my questions. If you need insurance call him - you won't regret how easy it is. read more

If there were an option for half a star, I would have given them that rating. The half a star is for the office assistant who was finally able to resolve my issue. This office is unprofessional and incompetent. Simple changes to a policy took 2 months and several unanswered emails and phone calls from the office manager. If that's how this office manager, Steven Bartlett, handles his business, I would think this does not bode well for the rest of this office. I'm switching agencies and dealing with another agent. State farm is lucky I didn't drop them altogether! read more
