We ultimately picked the company (Travelers) that worked best for us. I'm glad I went with OAG because they were so helpful when I was deciding if I should make a claim after Hurricane Irene, and again during my recent refinancing. We've been so pleased with their advice and service that we've referred friends that have a small business to OAG and I they've been happy with them as well. I trust them and will absolutely use them again!

When one renewal increased to more than $2,000, Monika shopped the market and found an alternative policy for about $400. The following year, she reached out ahead of the renewal, reviewed the available carriers again, and found another option for about $247 compared with a roughly $481 renewal offer. I independently checked the available pricing and reached the same conclusion about the policy she recommended. I especially appreciate the initiative. Monika pays attention to upcoming renewals, searches for better alternatives without needing to be prompted, and explains the options clearly. Her work has saved me a substantial amount of money and made the renewal process considerably easier.
