Arlington in Reno yesterday. After explaining what I was trying to do, she was able to sit down with me, gather the information needed to apply for the loan and I was quickly approved. She was super friendly, very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was able to reduce my monthly payment and lower the interest rate. SPCU was able to accomplish what I wanted to achieve easily. This was a positive experience for me and I highly recommend SPCU and am considering doing additional business with them in the future.

Horrible group of gaslighting agents here. This is a summary of what happened with my vehicle:…read more Took in for extremely minor repair to Steve's Collision Center in Sparks (part of their good hands guarantee network) - only damage was rear panel being slightly bumped out and sensor malfunction, no actual structural damage done to the vehicle. Took into Steve's for 1st visit, only addressed panel because they had to order sensors in and aligned the vehicle. After first pick up, noted alignment issues that were not present prior to drop off. 2nd visit to Steve's - notified of new alignment issue - aligned again at Steve's and replaced sensors. Completely failed to calibrate sensors properly, and alignment issues became SO MUCH WORSE. All reported to Allstate. Asked Steve's to please inspect the vehicle for anything dangerous going on at 3rd visit - they did NOTHING. All I was handed at the last pick up was an itemized invoice and another sensor read out that was blamed on the LCD screen being removed from my vehicle (the GPS and everything else still plugged in, this was JUST the screen). Sensors still do not work. Alignment issues are dangerous at this point as I'm barely able to maintain my lane on the freeway. Called Allstate and was told by one of their agents that I could seek a 2nd opinion on what was going on under the claim due to the circumstances. Took in for inspection at Andy's Auto and was told that one of the arm bars of my suspension was severely bent and needed to be replaced. A bent arm bar can happen from improper lifting and alignment of the vehicle. Shop did not stick to industry standard when aligning - have requested documentation of repair from Steve's and have only been given an itemized invoice, sensor print outs, and a few completely useless images of my vehicle. When calling Matt at Allstate, was told that there were no notes in the system about allowing a second opinion as that violated their policy. Asked them to review recorded phone calls - NOTHING. Refused to send me transcripts of my phone communication with them. Told this would be escalated to a supervisor as Matt told me that since the original repairs were just to the rear end, alignment couldn't be from repairs. Told Matt that they aligned the vehicle on 2 separate occasions and worsened after; completely disregarded. Called back 2 weeks later after hearing nothing - was never forwarded to a supervisor. Asked for communications to be moved to e-mail only due to the inconsistency and they would not allow me to record the phone calls. They are insisting that the damage was from wear and tear - THIS IS NOT HOW WEAR AND TEAR WORKS. There was no gradual increase in alignment issues - went from zero issues to car being unsafe to drive, significantly worsened with each visit to Steve's. They provided no support for a rental car and did not care at all that my car's suspension could snap and kill me on the way to work. Asked for this to be moved up the chain and was ignored. Unless you want to pay too much, be lied to, and have the "Allstate Good Hands Guarantee" not be honored AT ALL - do not go to Allstate. Now out $1200 for a repair that was not needed before visits to their mechanic. Absolutely nauseating that the agents here so freely lie to you and decline things that should be covered under their guarantee as the alignment was PART OF THE ORIGINAL REPAIR BY STEVE'S!!!!

They wouldn't insure us back then, so I didn't understand why we still kept getting the massive amount of mail we were getting. I reached out to Matt since his name was on all of it to ask to be taken off the list. Of which he followed with a question of why, instead of just removing us. Irritating to say the least. He then confirmed after some back and forth that they still will NOT insure us and said he would not send any more correspondence. Well, fast forward a handful of months and we are getting solicited again. So frustrating!! I'll never again inquire with Allstate and will tell everyone to steer clear of them, especially since Matt can't even get someone removed from an email list that is uninsurable. Incompetence galore here folks.
