Erie Insurance is good themselves. Eastern Regional is not. Well my agent, which I never even knew left. So i kept sending emails questioning why a policy jumped 10%. No response weeks later tried again and again. I finally called they said oh he hasnt been here for months. I said then why arent your emails coming back with an invalid email or a message to contact someone else instead of it going through? I got an answer of "oh, someone didnt change his email, I guess" So I was given someone else's info. Well she was out sick. Took a week to get another reply. Then more questions come up and takes several days for replies. I called another agent of Erie Insurance they took my call right then and called me today even said they spoke with Eastern Regional the manager was to call me they asked if I had heard from him. I said not a peep. Now I am switching to another agent. Erie Insurance needs to pull them as an agent. Stay far away from Eastern Regional. Talked to some others whom use Eastern they all say they get the run around as well. Maybe its their management or maybe its their insurance reps but I will never deal with them again.
