All insurance is a SCAM…read more I still remember looking forward to insurance renewal. I was curious to see how much it went down with a good driving record, no accidents, and the depreciation of my 1979 Chevy Chevette. It was first Vette. And my policy lasted for a whole year. Today they wanna review your policy every 6 months so they can figure out how to charge you more sooner Bring to a lather and rinse & repeat Never Ending Corruption. And now they have the technology to track your every move. So now you're car narcs on you for speeding up to get around the asshats & reports you for speeding which in turn raises your rate Here in Arizona I just read a report about Waymo service of self driving vehicles. They were involved in 202 accidents in one year! I would have been cancelled from my insurance company after the 2nd accident. Make it make sense

When my elderly Mother was forced, due to medical reasons, to relocate…read morefrom Arizona to live with family in Michigan, it seems like I had a phone glued to my ear trying to disassemble her old life and reconstruct the new one. And more than a few of those calls were to Scott and his staff to deal with the sale of her house, loss of her driver's license and vehicle, cancellation of her umbrella policy since she no longer owned a house or drove a car, and, having to re-source the policy for her cabin. And, even though most of these changes represented a loss of business for Scott, he and his staff were always beyond helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I feel that it's a measure of the person's character when they go out of their way to help a client when there is nothing for them to gain by doing so. He was truly a bright spot in what turned out to be an arduous undertaking.

In those 25+ years we had one major claim (hail on roofing) and he was not helpful, our premium increased for filing a claim. Our premium went up consistently every year. Brain was never helpful over the phone when we tried to set up new accounts. In my 20+ years of having direct contact with him I do not recall one pleasant costumer experience. Our last call with him was to express our intention to not renew services with him and he was very condescending towards myself and my family. He made it clear that we would not find a better price for our services and that our coverage was not offered by anyone anymore. I informed him that we indeed found the same coverage for literally half the price, he said "you don't know what you're talking about." I don't wish his services on anyone, any personal that works as a services provider in any field should never speak like that to some one. We paid about $30,000 worth of premiums through those 25+ years to only have Brian be rude and not helpful. Please explore other options before reaching out to Brian. He is someone who takes advantage of families by limiting communication and avoiding calls. Feel free to reach out to me about more experiences with Brian. Jose Esteban Ruiz

I get a call today from one of the managers at Bristol stating that there is no way to give me a check since they already applied the money to the policy for my second car. ( seems like they are trying to force me into a bad policy.) By the way THIS IS THE SAME MANAGER THAT TOLD ME THEY ALREADY MAILED A REFUND CHECK A MONTH BEFORE. I never agreed to them using my money to prepay their terrible insurance services. I was already told that my refund was approved and the check was sent over. the manager at Bristol lied and Brett has done nothing to correct his clients situation. I am still out thousands of dollars and nothing has been resolved by their companies.
