Four months later I received a collection letter from CCS for $36 for Allstate. When I inquired, Kathy told me it was what I owed for the last month (December) even though I send the cancellation email in November. I have the emails and forwarded them to her but she disputed anyway!! I was never contacted regarding an outstanding balance... as a matter of fact, I was told to IGNORE ALL FUTURE BILLING STATEMENTS because we were letting it lapse for non-payment. Allstate may be a good company, but I would not deal with Kathy Mahar.

He passed in January of this year and instead of being friendly and understanding, they harassed me about his home insurance and even tacked on an extra $20 per month fee for "moving" on my auto insurance. (Mind you, our coverages are separate and his house is going into foreclosure which makes me in no way, liable). I called progressive and they saved me $50 a month along with confirming that a "moving" fee for auto insurance isn't industry standard. I would think after being with them so long, they would at the bare minimum offer condolences. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
