I've been a customer of Total Insurance Agency for a few years now and I've been more than…read moresatisfied with the professionalism and promptness provided by the Deckers. I had a Renter's policy when I moved back to OH and Rob helped me make the best choice for a plan that would fit my needs. I have had my car covered and just leased a new car this week. Rob has always been quick to return a call, usually available immediately. Being a first time home owner, he explained my options and coverage needs in detail. I have called Rob on many occasions and asked questions regarding policy coverage and he's always responded quickly and thoroughly. Through my car shopping experience, I would send Rob pics of VIN numbers and he would give me quotes within a couple of hours. I have had two accidents and Rob got me the best premium, much lower than all the other agencies I contacted. He provided me with the right coverage for a great price. Rob has more than exceeded my expectations and I would (and have) recommended him to my friends and family. I work in Corporate Retail Risk Services and have to admit I'm not easily impressed or even pleased with service or quality, but Rob more than meets my expectations. You can't go wrong with Total Insurance Agency!

Not so much about the agent, but more about Allstate. I have been a automobile customer for 41…read moreyears and added a home for over 30 years. I have been surprised by how much they have changed over the recent years. Over the past two weeks, it became very clear if they have an opportunity to deny a claim, they will do so, even if it valid. For my particular case I could see and agree with part of their reasoning but there are parts of the cost and damage that should be covered. However, there was absolutely no consideration for any aspect. Just absolutely denied. Maybe I am wrong, but based on the rudeness in their office, and the mostly scripted conversation I had on the phone, I will be moving on and away from the good hands that I thought I had over these years. I am little saddened after so much time, but I am glad I finally woke up.

Between Diane blowing my phone up (I would call to check my coverages because I was shopping around, she wouldn't answer and would call back 2-3 times in a short window of me not being able to respond) to finally cancelling my policy (mind you I had direct deposit set up) and been billed for the remaining $53 on my account and given less than 3 weeks to pay it back before they sent me to collections. (I was gone for 2 of those weeks with no access to mail). Complete joke of a business considering I paid them on time every month without issue. Happy to walk away with no damage done to my credit.
