I have been surprised by how much they have changed over the recent years. Over the past two weeks, it became very clear if they have an opportunity to deny a claim, they will do so, even if it valid. For my particular case I could see and agree with part of their reasoning but there are parts of the cost and damage that should be covered. However, there was absolutely no consideration for any aspect. Just absolutely denied. Maybe I am wrong, but based on the rudeness in their office, and the mostly scripted conversation I had on the phone, I will be moving on and away from the good hands that I thought I had over these years. I am little saddened after so much time, but I am glad I finally woke up.

(I was gone for 2 of those weeks with no access to mail). Complete joke of a business considering I paid them on time every month without issue. Happy to walk away with no damage done to my credit.
