THAT WE ALL PAID FOR!!! flat out, especially the woman. I'm not sure who the woman is maybe the secretary, especially her straight out denied us each and each one of us individually on a separate policy we just never had. The conversation among us denied all of us roadside assistance when we needed it. It's unacceptable. First of all not everybody can afford new was trying to say that we were all abusing the system, I'm sorry ma'am. There is no abuse of the system. Some people can't afford brand new cars OK and some people have the misfortune of their down. I don't know what you drive but not that great and insurance is to ensure me that if I'm out there in the cold or if I'm out there with my children and I'm stranded and I need help you're supposed to come and help us and I'm gonna report you guys just so you know that it really makes me upset. I thought that you guys were just doing that to me but you're doing that to everybody and My Son was out there with kids one day. When you denied him.!! and I'll be reporting you guys to the Better Business Bureau as well. I think there's a log against this and I'm gonna find out if there is.

Requested one of my trucks to be switched from personal to business insurance. State Farm added on…read morebusiness insurance and kept the personal policy automatically billing against my bank account. This costs me double payments for three months. When this State Farm office was called about their double billing they said they could only stop it today and that they were not responsible for double billing and no refund or credit for State Farm errors. Seems pretty unethical. Beware of this agency who does this shady practice over the phone and gets away with this. $400 extra dollars because their office conveniently didnt stop the personal truck insurance when State Farm switched it to their business insurance. Buyer beware. I discussed with this agency today on the phone twice and the office refused to let me talk to an agent. Sorry out of luck. Go to another insurance company or at least another agency office.
