State Farm added on…read morebusiness insurance and kept the personal policy automatically billing against my bank account. This costs me double payments for three months. When this State Farm office was called about their double billing they said they could only stop it today and that they were not responsible for double billing and no refund or credit for State Farm errors. Seems pretty unethical. Beware of this agency who does this shady practice over the phone and gets away with this. $400 extra dollars because their office conveniently didnt stop the personal truck insurance when State Farm switched it to their business insurance. Buyer beware. I discussed with this agency today on the phone twice and the office refused to let me talk to an agent. Sorry out of luck. Go to another insurance company or at least another agency office.
