I was going to the office on Avent ferry rd In Raleigh and customer services was amazing . Fast forward 4 years today I'm back with direct auto because it cheaper with adding my child who is a first time driver . I set up my policy with Juliet a year ago who was amazing plus customer service friendly. she responded to emails returned my phone calls in a timely matter. Something happened and my policy was canceled I called Juliet to asked why but she was on vacation so the young lady who picked up the phone Theo was her name was just as nasty as she can be made me feel like why am I giving this company my money . She couldn't explain nothing sounded like she didn't even want to help me kept putting me on hold coming back laughing apologizing saying she was looking I got so feed up because I wasn't getting the help I needed I just stated to her I will wait to Juliet comes back she said ok have a good day and hung up on me that made me feel like she wasn't even trying to help anyway i emailed Juliet she called back 2 day later after her vacation and got me set with no problem I now referred my sister and 2 co workers. so today my really good friend needed insurance for her car I referred her to Juliet. when she called they say she no longer with company What a bummer but the girl who answered was so rude to her than stated Juliet is no longer with the company I'm talking over all her clients and rushed her off the phone I asked who was it and long and behold she said Thea/Theo she said I don't want that company thank you but no thank you

DO NOT GET INSURANCE FROM THIS AGENCY!!!! I was with this…read moreagency for 3 years and last week when I needed help and called Brian, he was rude, condescending and arrogant. I had 2 other people on my policy that I needed removed. Brian however refused to take them off my policy said they had to be on their parents policies (which wasn't an available option) and offered me no assistance on how to fix my situation. Every hoop he gave me to get them off I jumped through and every time I did he came up with another excuse to not let them off (I'm guessing because it significantly dropped my premium and he didn't want to give up that $$) With that being said I called Progressive myself, the woman on the line there told me every thing he said was a lie and that unless you are under investigation on a claim you can add or remove people at any time. So the woman there took the other 2 people off and switched my agent!!

Thank you, Alex, for your unwavering help, patience, and superior service!…read more We moved to the Cary, NC area about three years ago, and we got in touch with Alex through a recommendation during our home purchase. The process was a bit of a disaster due to other circumstances, but Alex was calm, professional, and helpful throughout. He helped us immensely, sometimes daily. He helped us to stay calm, look at all of the options, and to provide us with non-biased opinions. During our three years with Alex and his team, we experienced a level of support that is unprecedented. Alex drove over 40 minutes to come to our home following renovations and new windows to be sure that our home insurance was still relevant... oh.. and on a Saturday, when he could have been with this family. He was patient throughout our multitude of questions, and he always had a smile. Additionally, when we had a bit of a driveway accident, a last minute question on a rental car, or a large surprise jewelry purchase, Alex was 100% available - picking up the phone or answering a text with a solution or knowledge of our policy. We are now moving to Texas and will sincerely miss Alex and his team. They were more than an insurance company. They were our friends and a group of people which we always felt that we could trust. Again, thank you Alex.

I switched to this agency after being with All State for all my life i.e. over 20yrs. They quoted…read moreme about the same rate as All State with a promise that as I become older customer, my premium would go down. I thought it does not hurt trying them if the rates are about the same. I received the confirmed quote, policy etc via email, but after a month they increased the premium by 50% saying that this is from the Corporate office and there is nothing they could do. They suggested that they could cancel the policy if this new rate was not acceptable to me and they even offered to coordinate with All State to make sure the policy was easily transitioned to All State. So, I cancelled the policy with this agency (and State Farm) and switched back to All State. However, when I received the refund from this agency, they deduced about 15% amount saying this is a cancellation charge, which they did not mention before cancelling the policy. I was fooled to work with them by seeing great reviews here. Not sure if all these reviews are real. But to me, this agency is just pathetic. I wish I could give them a 0 star here. I would never go to them or State Farm and would advise everyone to be cautious when working with this agency.
