Their "battery of representatives" seems to consist of one young woman on a phone. And she didn't seem to want to be bothered by my inconvenience. No personal touch here; try someone else.

The shop went ahead with the replacement without telling me beforehand that they couldn't calibrate my vehicle's safety system afterward. Only after the job was done did they tell me I'd need to go to the dealership and pay almost $600 out of pocket to get the calibration done -- with just a "you can try to get reimbursed" comment. That's not how you handle customers. If you know you can't complete the full service that a modern windshield replacement requires, you should notify customers before doing the work so they can decide if they want to go elsewhere. I expected full transparency, not an expensive surprise after the fact. Poor communication and bad business practice overall.

Then, on the final summary page, they said, "Sorry, the system is not working. Call us at ..8xxx.". I called them and scheduled an appointment for them to come to my home on Saturday at noon. I waited, but no one came. I called them, they said we found the appointment on the system, but it is cancelled!! By whom? she said. It is not written, but we can schedule another appointment in 3 days. It was a very unprofessional, rude, and disappointing experience.

Brought my brand new highlander to have the windshield replaced due to damage from hitting a bird…read moreon the highway. Everyone was nice but I was annoyed that there was glass all over the seats and dash when I got in it. I drove 5 minutes home and vacuumed the car only to have my wife point out there was a flat tire. Big screw in the tire from their parking lot. I noticed the receipt envelope said they vacuumed which they clearly didn't. It said they washed the windows so I looked... not only was it filthy with hand prints everywhere, but there was black tar looking drops all over my paint and windshield. Then I noticed the molding was all popped out on one side and you could almost see into the car due to a large gap (small but large enough for water to easily get in). So glass everywhere, punctured tire, tar everywhere outside of vehicle, molding broken, window has gap big enough to see light through it.
