I have a very beautiful Mellow baby boy 9 weeks old. I love him. I 100% recommend this loving breeder. I can totally tell how much love compassion and time she put towards toward loving her baby puppies. I had my Shizu that I loved so so much for many years had to be put to sleep. I am 66 yrs old and I care for my 69 yr old sister that has really bad dementia she was as sad as I was when my Shizu was no longer with us I had to get another baby for me and last week and I got my sister another baby doodle first and now we are both so happy and the babies love each other already. Day one the babies are together to live with me and my sister thank you so much from bottom of my heart

My boy has issues with impulse control but now I have the tools to help him overcome that. He doesn't jump on me anymore, loves to chill on his place mat and I've even been able to start teaching him some new commands.

I can honestly say we got our money's worth with this one. Gunny did a complete turn around when it comes to his behavior but still maintained his affection. I was worried his playfulness would be completely trained out of him but that isn't the case. Gunny used to jump on everyone and run out the door every chance he got. Many times we've had to sprint around the block chasing him. He chewed on everything he could fit in his mouth and never sat still. If we couldn't see him at all times, he was sure to be destroying something. If we crated him, he howled. Thanks to Canine Texas, we still have our playful adorable pup but we can relax because he actually listens. He loves his place mat now. He gets to be a part of family time now. He hasn't jumped on a single person since bringing him home nor has he tried to run out of the door. He comes when called and we can actually take him for walks on a leash now without him pulling and yanking. We did the 30 day program. Of course we missed our pup but Lonnie sent pictures and updates so we knew he was in good hands. We chose Canine Texas because our dog wouldn't be in a cage in a business. He was at someone's home, in a small group, so he got the attention he needed. Lonnie focuses on truly training the dogs not just making money.

I cannot say enough good things about Horizon Veterinary and the entire team…read more On a Tuesday afternoon at 4:40 PM, my dog Spec cut his leg badly on our pool ledge. By 4:55 PM, I was on the phone with Horizon. They immediately gave me a clear estimated quote, explained what would be needed, and asked if we could be there by 5:15 PM since Spec would need to be put under anesthesia and they closed at 6:00. No other vet in the area was willing to see him that late in the day, and even our primary vet couldn't help the following day due to no surgeons being available. My brother and I arrived with Spec at 5:10 PM, and from the moment we walked in, everything moved with incredible speed, professionalism, and compassion. Dr. Aaron Rainer personally guided us straight into a patient room. Heather was immediately there to help me with paperwork and was so kind and calming during a stressful moment. While I was filling it out, Kadie & Jasmine gently took Spec to the back to begin preparing him for the procedure. Because Spec was very nervous, they allowed my brother to go back and help hold him while he was being put to sleep -- something that meant the world to us. Once he was asleep, they also allowed me to go back and watch the entire procedure from start to finish. Dr. Rainer explained that he prefers owners to see the care, skill, and dedication behind the work -- and that alone speaks volumes about the integrity of this clinic. The procedure itself was handled flawlessly. Emily Swearingen, the nurse and patient care coordinator, was absolutely amazing -- not only assisting during the procedure but also walking us through post-op care in a way that was clear, thorough, and reassuring. From injury to stitches to recovery, we were back home before 6:00 PM. I was blown away. As if that wasn't enough, Dr. Rainer later took the time to speak with me extensively about my cat Chong, who is dealing with a nasal tumor, while my primary vet was closed for the holidays. He answered questions, offered guidance, and never once made it feel rushed or transactional. That conversation alone would have earned my respect -- but it only reinforced what I already believed after watching him work. Afterward, I looked him up and learned about everything he's accomplished, including being the youngest-ever president of the Texas Veterinary Medical Association. Somehow, that didn't surprise me at all. Horizon Veterinary is exactly what veterinary medicine should be: compassionate, transparent, efficient, and truly centered around the animals -- not profit. Dr. Rainer and his entire team genuinely care, and it shows in every single interaction. I am beyond grateful for them, and I would trust them with my animals again without hesitation.

We initially thought we'd foster her for adoption due to her dog aggression issues. After working with Travis, we decided togive Rosie a forever home ourselves. We brought Travis in to privately train her so she didn't have to deal with the stress of a group setting and because we wanted a tailored training program. With Lone Star Dog Training, we received an excellent job. Travis educated us about how training is important and what results he felt we could see. Over the course of 4 months, Rosie went from being aggressive toward our other dogs to feeling safe and comfortable with them. She's even adopted our 12 year old border terrier as her sister. Rosie has progressed from a frightened stray who did not wag her tail or understand how to take affection, to bounding and leaping with joy when she sees her people. She now seeks out our affections and looks forward to spending time with us. If not for Lone Star Dog Training, we would not have decided to keep her. It showed us what a wonderful, fun and loving dog Rosie is. Thank you, Travis , for your dedication and patience with us.
