This practice has gone downhill. For instance, recently I made it to my appointment 10 minutes…read morelate due to traffic. I was sick. Five minutes went by before the receptionist could take me. Then she told me I had to reschedule because I was 15 minutes late and the earliest I could be seen was a month away (!). Another time, I called to speak to a nurse at 10am and left a message. I didn't get a call back for over four hours (!). After she spoke to the doctor about my symptoms, she said an antibiotic could not be prescribed without me being seen (although this has been done in the past for this same ailment) and that I was welcome to visit the emergency room. I was offered an appointment the next day, but I could have been prescribed something in advance to hold me over. I've been a patient there at least 10 years. I don't think the doctors know their patients very well anymore or maybe they are overwhelmed and can't keep track of them.

Me a new schedule and they went off the old schedule and I had a issue with getting to the appointments. I write my own appointments down on my own calendar so I know what I have to do for that day. There is this lady Rainy who is in the physical therapy office who is just unbearable to talk to and she very difficult to work with. I could ask question and get answered but they were not the right answers. The most frustrating pRt about it is that I've missed. Few appointments because MEDCENTER had changed them telling me that it's on a new schedule that I will be getting and I never got one. They also are rude and like there is zero wrong doing on Med enter 100's part. It's so frustrating and I feel like there is only one doctor there who actually cares and m ones what they are doing and how to help patients in. Professional matter. There may be one or two other ok employees there but the rest? I serially can't believe people are going to them for injuries and there lively hoods. It's sad and this place is only getting a star because of the doctor who's helped me and that's it. Other than that it's patheti. also, does anyone know if med center had a corporate phone number because I'd like to speak with a higher up on how the people in the offices think it's a joke. All the doctors on staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and go to great lengths to make sure their patients are comfortable, informed, and well cared-for. While I've also seen the other doctors in the practice once or twice, my PCP is Dr. Melrose, and he's delightful. An affable guy without any of the arrogance that you often see in other doctors, Dr. Melrose -- and his angel of an assistant Charlene -- both take wonderful care of their patients. He never makes you feel like you're taking up valuable time, and is perfectly happy to spend as much time as needed with each patient. The front-office staff is very friendly and welcoming as well, and the clinic itself is clean, brightly-lit, and quite nice. Best of all, I've never waited more than 10 minutes for an appointment, and 95% of the time, I'm seen within five minutes of walking through the door. My only regret is that I didn't switch to GVFM sooner. So long as I live in this area, I'll never, ever go to another practice. LOVE these guys!

I see Dr. Megan Belamorich here for my primary care doctor, she is the best doctor I've ever had…read more I've been with her for over five years and I have a ton of health problems, I have chronic illness. Every time I see her she is very empathetic and I've often had to write her via our patient portal for all kinds of different things, she is extremely responsive and always helps me no matter what my issue is. She scheduled blood tests and said she would call me with the results. I received blood test results via internet and noted multiple liver, kidney and glucose results were OUT OF THE NORMAL RANGE. Plus all FOUR of the abnormal blood results MATCHED MY CONCERNING SYMPTOMS. I waited a day then called the office and asked to speak to the PA however, the PA was busy. 30 mins later some unknown person called me and told me the PA said there was no problem. It's a sad day when your doctor doesn't give you a chance to answer questions concerning four abnormalities in my blood test results. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CHRISTINE MYERS ASSOC.

As a healthy individual who prefers the convenience of telehealth visits or calling in prescriptions, I was shocked by how rigid, dismissive & business oriented they've become. They outright refused to accommodate my request for a simple tele-visit or prescription refill, instead they wanted to force me to come into the office for the same conversation and medication I've been taking for years. It felt like they cared more about billing for an in-person visit than respecting my time or needs. This level of inflexibility and disregard for patient convenience is unacceptable, especially after decades of loyalty. The whole experience was frustrating and unnecessary, and it has made me seriously question whether this office still values its patients. It's incredibly disappointing to see this kind of treatment after so many years, and I will be reconsidering my options moving forward.
