The folks we bought it from just topped it off each time before they showed the house. So instead of struggling with the old unit All Temp installed a new unit for us. Two years later, I've had a couple of questions about the unit and they've answered those questions and even made a trip out once to help. Didn't charge me. I've got a bit of knowledge about these systems, and they've have answered honestly and not tried to mislead me. Their techs have great knowledge and are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend these guys. Equipment these days are expensive but you get what you pay for. Use them you won't regret it.

This was my rental property in another town so I tried him. First of all he would only take a credit card and he had to have the numbers before he would start the job which I see why now. He charged me $350 for 50 minutes worth of work. He didn't fix the problem and I had to go to the property the next day and fix it. Keep in mind I'm not a plumber.
