The folks we bought it from just topped it off each time before they showed the house. So instead of struggling with the old unit All Temp installed a new unit for us. Two years later, I've had a couple of questions about the unit and they've answered those questions and even made a trip out once to help. Didn't charge me. I've got a bit of knowledge about these systems, and they've have answered honestly and not tried to mislead me. Their techs have great knowledge and are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend these guys. Equipment these days are expensive but you get what you pay for. Use them you won't regret it.

We had a late spring winter storm that left us with no heat in the middle of the night. When nobody would drive out because of the road conditions, they did. Without complaining or overcharging. We had to get a new blower motor, and Roland definitely was extremely professional. I would highly recommend this company as you will get what you pay for! When they got here, they said that they couldn't do it for the amount quoted. I called the office and she said well, your floors have a buildup and will take more than just a general cleaning. I told her I told you that when I initially spoke with you and you said that's not a problem. I'm very disappointed as I'm on a fixed income, am disabled and therefore unable to keep my floors as clean as they need to be.
