I hired them back in early October, they did not come and install my until mid-late November. When they came and installed my fence I warned them of where pipes would be, and they advised me they would hand dig the holes where the pipes were, they did not, and they busted the pipes, which they then charged us TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS TO FIX, on top of the THREE THOUSAND dollars it cost us to have it installed. They installed the fence, a day later and the wood is chipping, after they advised me it was high quality pressure treated wood. I contacted the female manager, I forget her name and she gave me the most attitude after I asked them to come and fix this (she also told me it was my fault that they broke the pipes after the workers were warned). It took her 2 weeks to finally respond and get someone out here to fix the fence. I wish I would've just payed a little more to go through another company that is professional and kind. They also did not give us any kind of veteran, police, or fire even though they are a "female-veteran owned company". Highly not-satisfied with the management of this company. Although the man who put the fence in, the second day after the first 2 guys busted the pipes was extremely kind and understanding. I give him 5 stars and the company 2. They only got two stars because he came and fixed the fence, otherwise it would've been one
