At my yr review I sat down with the owner, Julie, and was very impressed. She took a lot of time with me reviewing my homeowners, umbrella, and auto policies for any ways to save money or for important things I may want to add tailored to my life. Whether you have Allstate or not I highly suggest sitting down with this office for even an estimate. They will do everything to get you the best price for the best coverage. BUYER BEWARE After…read morea few calls and messages with the owner/founder (agent), I was promised I'm getting a Landlord Insurance with a $300K liability. After paying for the policy, I got the declaration page, where it showed a liability of $100K. I asked to raise it to $300k and paid a small difference in premium for that (according to the agent) It was not until 2 months into the policy, that I realized that not only the liability limit was never raised to the promised level, but the policy itself was a regular Homeowners policy (not a Landlord policy). A Homeowners policy is useless in my case and I basically paid a full premium to get zero insurance and 100% risk. I immediately got a new policy, this time from a real and honest agent. When I told my old agent I want to cancel the useless policy, it took them another month to cancel it. But for some reason the cancellation date he set was another 10 weeks in the future. (for a useless, redundant policy!) I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND these people. If your time is valuable to you - just AVOID AVOID AVOID I wasted so much time on the phone/emails/sms with them and their underwriter, just trying to get what was promised to me!

To make a long story short, this claim has been a total nightmare. Allstate is terrible... they cut about 400 dollars off my claim resulting in my out of pocket going from 500 to 900 dollars. They also intended on using a junk yard door on my car! Congratulations to your claims adjuster, she saved you 400 dollars but lost you a customer.
