Hey man thanks so much for getting to me today! I never would have gotten my slide out in without…read moreyou being able to help me out. Guys if you have any problems with your RV give this man a call he is very knowledgeable and is very reasonably priced for his work.

After calling around to some mobile RV technicians without getting through to any of them I called…read moreand talked with Adam about the issue I'm having with our slide system. Right after I talked to him he came over to the campground where we're staying to take a look. After trying to open the slide and seeing that the top corner was stuck he told me that I would need to take the RV to a shop to have it repaired and that no one around would want to do the job of getting the slide open in the field. The next day I had another technician take a look at our motorhome. He was able to put the slide system into manual mode and got the slide opened in about 15 minutes. Adam charged me $100 for the service call even though he wasn't able to do anything to fix the slide. I'm happy to pay for someone's time but as easily as the other technician got the slide opened I feel for $100 Adam should have known the manual mode procedures even if he didn't have the experience to complete that actual repairs needed. While Adam does answer his phone when a call comes in and was quick to respond he didn't have the experience I needed to get the slide on our motorhome opened and repaired.

C&W Services has provided excellent service for our Sub Zero refrig for several years, but you…read moreprobably know how service across many industries has deteriorated in the last few years. So we were concerned this time around, but we quickly discovered there was no need. C&W's James was a winner. He was professional and personal for sure. He also clearly explained the issues with our ice maker and a problem with lighting, what he needed to do, and our options. Even though we were the last customer late Friday afternoon, James was patient and thorough, answering all our questions. I speak on the subject of branding and how it's more than a logo, pointing out that a brand is really a series of stories. Customer experiences. My James story is brief yet revealing. After replacing the defective ice maker and solving the lighting problem, he said he was confident everything would be fine, adding "You have my personal cell phone number. Don't hesitate to call me over the weekend if you have a problem." We didn't have to call, but you can add one name to your Brand Ambassador list, if you have one!

My Double Wolf Oven stopped working and it took over month to get it repaired. The wrong part was…read moresent 3 times. This is not due to the service man who who terrific, I do not know if the parts dept ordered the wrong number . My biggest complaint is with the scheduling dept. Each of the 5 times the repair man had to come out they could not tell me if it would be in the morning or afternoon, until about 9AM. Therefore I had to take off and disrupt my ENTIRE day. It would be nice if the day before they would tell you if it was AM or PM service call. I was told I could request but there was no guarantee so I was still stuck waiting around. The service man Oleg was wonderful and very knowledgeable . I have no problem with the caliber of work that was finally done but I do think the company needs to look at their scheduling dept who obviously does not care about the customer.
