Now granted, on both…read moreoccasions I have gotten 3-4 quotes and in neither instance were they the cheapest (nor the most expensive) but the communication, the explained process, the details, and the options were always the best for what I was looking for and needed. Our salesman, Brandon, was our salesman on both jobs and he's always thorough. Like a Dr has great bedside manner, Brandon has great relationship skills. Not pushy, but knows his stuff and leaves it up to the customer to decide what's best for them. I like his style. Cody, the job foreman, and his crew were top notch. The communication was fantastic with images and text along the way. Even the clean up was top notch. I hope I never need another roof but who knows where I'll be in 5 years. If I do, I'll be calling Skywalker. One tip, if you're needing a roof and the company you're looking at doesn't even want to go in your attic or ceiling, look elsewhere. While there are a few minor things we're not totally happy with (mostly cosmetic things we now need to figure out how to fix on our own: glass shower door that doesn't open and close smoothly; a couple of loose floor boards; loose knobs on new laundry doors; small holes in wall where stair railing was replaced; grout splattered on walls and bathroom door; wobbly ceiling fan), we will likely hire them again for future needs.

Communication and project management were lacking, and I often felt like I had to handle both the project management and quality control myself. We also had workmanship issues that required a separate, unaffiliated crew to come in and redo or finish several areas. Our home ultimately turned out beautifully, but the process was much more stressful than it needed to be. Better communication, oversight, and quality control would have made a big difference.
