It's such a pleasure to be treated with such care and concern as these individuals offer!!!! Should you suffer from opiate addiction and need counselling, well then these are the folks for you! I can't rave enough about them, as I've searched high and low for doctors, and counsellor's that exhibit the same if not greater than what's given, also I've never been able to connect with any counselors, ever, until now, and they have gained my utmost trust, because they've worked very hard to gain and earn it, if you need help don't hold the stigma that all is lost, because it's not, a life is possible whether you see the light at the end or are struggling as we speak, these people will care and they will help also! Thank You Options Treatment for your continued healing nature, concern and care that all of your employees exude naturally and on a daily basis!!!!!

The staff is wonderful and the facility itself is cozy, warm, and welcoming. Even if Redpoint isn't the right fit, the leadership knows how to make a great recommendation for somewhere else!

Tonya Ramirez told me outright that no service dogs were allowed -- a clear breach of federal law under the ADA. When I calmly educated the staff on service dog protections, rather than acknowledging the error and moving forward, the situation escalated in a way that felt punitive. Ashley converted my straightforward intake into an in-person interrogation-style interview. Taylor then withheld permission for Ashley to schedule my actual intake appointment, pushing my care back two full weeks. For someone seeking mental health support, two weeks is not a minor inconvenience. It can feel like an eternity. What troubles me most is the question this raises: if a facility cannot follow well-established federal disability law, one of the most basic legal protections afforded to people with disabilities, what confidence can patients have that other standards of care are being upheld? A mental health facility should be a place of safety, dignity, and compassion. What I experienced was the opposite. I cannot in good conscience recommend RedPoint to anyone seeking professional mental health care in Longmont.

Called back, it rang , they answered but hung up on me again. When I called the third time, I asked for the supervisor and David Waldron director of intake was beyond Detached. He refused to give me employees name so I could not proprely complain about the insensitive behavior. He obviously doesn't care himself, he didn't adequately address or explain the callous behavior. Family's are already worried about love ones and uncertain about their mental health. These so called professionals need to have a higher level of compassion when speaking with concerned family members. Katie Seidman Director of perforomance and improvement does not have contract information. No surprise there.

As a mother it I felt I felt helpless and scared as my daughter would walk around the house in her sleep and begin screaming in fear for up to 15 minutes at a time. I had no idea what to do and I knew that a conventional doctor would not give me the answers I was looking for. That is when a friend referred me to Carol. Coral and I took some time doing the family constellation work while my daughter was at school. The work was powerful and fun. Now my daughter is 11 and she has not had night terrors or even sleep walked since the session. I am so grateful to Carol's amazing service. My journey through the American healthcare system has been both eye-opening and deeply troubling,…read moreunderscoring a stark reality: health is often treated as a luxury rather than a fundamental right. From the onset of my symptoms in 2021, it became painfully clear that preventative care and patient advocacy were sorely lacking. This narrative is not just mine but a reflection of a systemic issue that demands urgent attention and reform. Under the care of Dr. Kovacevich, a new PCP recommended by a friend, there was a glimmer of hope. He suggested an MRI of my lumbar spine and a consultation with a spine specialist. Despite these steps, the journey was fraught with insurance hurdles, delays, and ultimately, misdiagnoses that led to irreversible damage. United Healthcare's denial of a medically necessary MRI based on their guidelines is a stark example of the bureaucratic barriers patients face, prioritizing cost over care. The diagnosis journey was a labyrinth of inconclusive tests, insurance denials, and treatments based on assumptions rather than evidence. From being misdiagnosed with Shingles without a rash, leading to a diagnosis of Post Herpetic Neuralgia, to the discovery of acute scoliosis and undergoing physical therapy, each step felt like a battle against a system that failed to listen or understand. The critical turning point came in October 2022, when my condition worsened, leading to a loss of peripheral feeling and paralysis symptoms. Despite the urgency, my concerns were minimized, and I was advised to "wait it out", due to Dr. Numerof believing all this was, was a "pinched nerve". This delay in diagnosis and treatment culminated in a devastating outcome when in February 2023 (through my own persistence and advocacy in finding a neurologist): a T7/T8 Spinal Cord Cavernoma (tumor) diagnosis that was treated with a complex laminectomy in May 2023, leaving me with irreversible damage and a disability. The lack of follow-up and communication from my healthcare providers, especially in critical moments, added layers of frustration and despair to an already challenging situation. The journey through misdiagnosis, delayed treatment, and the eventual realization of a life-altering condition has been a wake-up call to the profound deficiencies in our healthcare system. This review is not just a recount of my personal ordeal but a plea for systemic change. It highlights the need for a healthcare system that prioritizes patient-centered care, preventative measures, and a more humane approach to health as a right, not a privilege. My hope is that by sharing my story, it will spark a dialogue and, ultimately, lead to a healthcare system that truly cares for its patients before it's too late.
