I appreciated the individual attention, direction, and options for modifications that she gave to not just the in-studio students but those livestreaming. She made the class as fun (good music!) as it was challenging. The pace was also exactly right - some studios I go to up North rush through moves but even in the express class, every move had a purpose and there was just the right amount of water and stretch moments. Facilities are clean, spacious, and welcoming. There are lockers and changing room etc., and cute swag for purchase too. Highly recommend if you live in area or are passing through.

When I called, store manager, Sherri, she gave conflicting information about cancellation, blamed my daughter for not using the membership, and spoke to me in an extremely unprofessional manner. I was told we had to wait for regional manager, Matt Ramsawack, to get back from vacation 10 days later, and then later told by Sherri that he refused to call me. I was eventually told cancellation could be done online all along -- misinformation that directly resulted in the charge. The interaction ended with me being told the membership was canceled, that she was "not going to have Matt call me" and hung up on me. think twice before signing up here.

Furthermore, any prepaid credit for classes that go unused due to space limitations will disappear after your next payment date. Even though I have been a loyal customer for three years and have never missed a reserved class, they have refused to resolve this issue. I'm tired of this constant battle and cancelled my membership. Despite all scheduling issues, the staff and Pilates teachers are great, no complaints.

She taught me about the importance of nutrition, set up my Macros and taught me how to track my intake and although it took me a while to get the hang of it, she was so encouraging through it all. She also carefully created workouts that were so effective and easy to remember. What I loved most is how she keeps in touch to keep me on track until the next session. I've had my ups and downs with the holidays coming in between my sessions, but she is very inspiring and motivational.
