honestly honestly hands down best experience I had servicing my switch at authorized dealer . I've…read morehopped around to so many authorized dealers in SoCal ridiculously expensive and they ruined my motor stick with bert's 100000%! ( they don't charge you a storage fee if you're a couple days late on pick up also) and their rates are way lower than those other guys, and they clearly know what they're doing.....Robbie is the Man ! Robbie went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect on my boat. He even got some extra stuff exchanged by the warranty without even me asking ....things is brand new now . I can't wait to take it out for the season. Thank you so much guys.!!!

My partner and I came in to look for a motorcycle that was listed on their website and to go to the…read moreparts shop for a helmet. The sales people were not pushy and allowed us to browse the motorcycles. Unfortunately, we did not see the bike that was listed on their website and went straight to the parts shop. The guy helping us at the helmet section (I forget his name but it could be Xavier?) was easy going and let me browse the selection without breathing down my neck and was able to answer my questions when asked. So, where did it go wrong? When his coworker (some young, white kid) decided to jump in to help and then talked back to my partner regarding a display item vs open box item, which was uncalled for and completely rude as hell. We still ended up purchasing a helmet since I really needed one for some plans later in the day. I made sure I spoke to Xavier (I'm sorry if I got your name wrong but I'm pretty sure that's the name that came up when I was paying at the front) about the item I wanted in case he gets some sort of credit for helping out. And kid, there IS a difference between a display item and an open box item. I'm not sure how my partner's question triggered him to answer with such attitude lol. Like it isn't stressful enough to decide which helmet to purchase??

I…read moredecided to clean my chain and install a new battery myself, went into M Racing and David was very knowledgeable and helpful, I bought a battery, some supplies and David took the time to talk and make suggestions. Last item on the list was an oil change and I opted to have M Racing do that. David did the oil change, took it out for a test drive and was very helpful with suggestions. He spotted a plastic cap on the cooling reservoir tank that needed replacement and we ordered the inexpensive part. I had an issue with the throttle on my bike. It would work fine going through the gears but cruising, there was a slight pause before response in accelerating. For some reason the oil change resolved the issue. The throttle became more sensitive so slight speed changes. It was probably the engine working better with the synthetic oil. Shifting improved immensely, became much smoother and the Triumph feels like is has an automatic transmission. My bike felt like a new bike when driving home with the short term maintenance done. Happy camper. Thanks David. I appreciate your help and workmanship. M Racing - recommended.

I would always to stop in and check out the new SXS's and Motorcycles. The best two things about them that no other dealer offers around here are open on Mondays and yet they still offer that family owned environment business I felt. They're not so huge that they have multiple stores and that corporate mentality. I know this industry is tough to survive in but they seem to be doing great. Just last Monday I was putting installing a new after market gas tank and a preparatory Can Am part I needed and I was able to Oder it from them on a Monday over the phone and only waited 2 days for them to get it to the shop. They saved me at least 1 day because I'm putting my SXS back together before Christmas when I have a trip planned after. The parts girl was knowledgeable and quickly handled my order. I definitely know the place I'm going to order from now on for parts. Even from farther away they're worth it. It's doesn't hurt that the girls are attractive as well as knowledgeable too!
