Officially, the worst taxi company.
I took a cab that takes about 20 minutes to come. When the taxi driver comes over, he asked me if I want to take the Champlain bridge or the Jacques Cartier bridge. Since I don't know exactly what he was referring to... I usually take the Champlain Bridge. I told him to take the shortest one. He said: Okay.
When we arrived at the bridge, it was blocked. I told him why he has to take the Champlain Bridge, the driver proceed to drive at the blocked construction road and I was getting really stressed out. I was arguing with him that he shouldn't be going there... Well, I told him to bring me to Jacques Cartier. The driver, then said: Oh! Now, you want me to bring you to Jacques Cartier bridge. I looked at him like: What are you talking about? Did you know about this all along??!!
I did not like the way everything came about but I end up panicking and yelling at the driver for 1. Crossing the illegal roads. 2. Trying to scam me by taking the longest route. 3. Trying to threaten me to return me home.
He called the operator, and I got into an argument with the operator and the driver. To make matter worst, the driver drove very slowly while I planned a brunch with my girlfriend and I was already late.
Dear Allo Taxi,
As your customer for years, I will gladly release you from your service with me. I will NEVER ever in my life call you again. Your drivers are getting worse over time. I don't know why you never reply to your negative feedbacks. I guess the younger generation will never take your service. It will be a matter of time before you sink with your level of service and courtesy. By no means, you deserve to be taken over by the other companies. I am out.
Your customer for years turned into a non-customer,
