I've seen her 8 times now since July because I have a current back/hip issue and VERY tight IT bands. I like me a good massage, but even though I haven't yet had to tap out, not gonna lie... my eyes start to water and I'm gripping the bed rails while she's working on my tenderest spots. I know the goal here is to get my IT bands loosened, so I do my best to let her do her magic. I've been with Dr. Duddey for over 20 years, but I honestly waited too long to return this time. It's much better to come on a regular basis, not only when you are "911", like he says.... I'm paying the price now!

It began with Taylor, who asked detailed questions, took photos, and completed my X-rays. She was thorough and made me feel comfortable right away. When Dr. Mike came in, he truly took his time with me. I was honestly blown away. For the first time, I received clear answers about why my body has been feeling the way it does. He carefully reviewed my pictures and X-rays, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. You can tell he's genuinely passionate about his work and helping people heal. What meant the most to me was feeling validated. He explained what he was seeing on my X-rays before I could fully describe my symptoms. That level of knowledge and attentiveness was incredibly reassuring. I left my appointment feeling informed, validated, relieved, and confident in the treatment plan. I went to The Joint chiropractic on Yorktown/Main yesterday and received Excellent care from Dr. Todd Masler He noticed right away that my hips were off center, by quite a bit, and even showed me in the mirror how bad it was. He then went through my past injuries and daily activities thoroughly, before giving me the Best adjustment I have ever had. It seems everything was out of alignment and I didn't even realize till after, how tight my neck had been before the adjustment. I can now turn my head from side to side without getting locked up. Last night, I was able to sleep through the night for the first time in A Long time, without hip pain, and the ache in the middle of my back is almost gone. The front desk ladies are so sweet, helpful & welcoming! Dr. Maloney is very educated, personable, & explains everything very well. What sets this clinic apart from many other chiropractors is their corrective chiropractic approach. Adjustments are targeted precisely to the areas where your spine is misaligned, based on detailed X-ray analysis rather than a one-size-fits-all treatment. The clinic is currently undergoing a management change, but fortunately my two expert doctors will be staying. The one area I hope the clinic will improve is its queue management system. My family and I often spend a long time upto over an hour waiting for our turns to get adjusted. A more efficient scheduling process would greatly enhance the overall patient experience. Overall, I am very grateful for the care I have received and the results I have achieved here.
