I was in shock that they wouldn't accommodate me, especially since I was only there to receive my son's results, I could have received my results while accounting for the 8-minute delay, especially since the doctor wasn't ready for me--I saw her just finishing up with the previous patient. What made this even more upsetting was that during my first visit, I had to wait to be seen, which I didn't mind, i am assuming their grace period is no later than a minute. Given this experience, I no longer wish to continue with this office if an 8-minute delay is such a strict issue for future appointments. After I text them to just email me my results, I receive a text message stating "sorry, this service is temporarily unavailable".
