He laughed and corrected the way I pronounced it & began to lecture me on what Missouri requires. I told him he really had no idea what he was talking about since he honestly wasn't answering my question and I told him it was unprofessional to laugh at a customer. I wished him a good day and I hung up. Then I immediately received 3 phone calls from a different number (reverse lookup shows me the phone # is owned by Dusty, Frances and Patricia Hancock). On the third call, the man I spoke to initially, left a message and said "I'm sorry if you think I was laughing at you...I was just trying to help...etc." Getting those 3 calls was creepy, unprofessional and disturbing. The original phone call was uncomfortable and unprofessional. He doesn't seem to understand how to take constructive criticism from an honest and kind source so all the red flags are here.
