This place definitely has a 70's feel, with the walls being wooden panels and fluorescent lighting. However that does not deter from the excellent care I always receive here. I came in today to get my physical done for my graduate school requirements. It was not busy and I was in and out in about 30 minutes max. I've also recently switched insurances from Tricare to blue cross blue shield (he takes both!). I am always impressed with the attention to detail Dr. Miranda is and how I don't feel rushed like I do with other doctors. Overall, he's been my family's main family doctor in the VA beach area for a reason!

Their billing practices are unlawful. I had an emergency surgery at an in-network hospital and this provider was assigned to provide anesthesia. My insurance paid them as out of network. Now I am being sued and bullied into paying an inflated surprise bill. This is called Balance billing. I have filed a complaint with the SCC. I recommend that anyone who has experienced a similar disservice to do the same. I understand this practice and their attorneys have operated this way for years but that does not make it right..

I would rather waste my time and money fighting in court than give these crooks anymore money than they deserve. Don't trust these scammers, run from them.

It's just frustrating watching my grandma struggle after her stroke, with everything from here eyesight to the mass in her digestive tract. They always schedule months out, it took 5 months and 3 emergency room visits to get established with an in-person Primary Care Physician. There is no cancellation list so you have to call every morning, we used to ask for one of the staff specifically because she was always really helpful but they stopped putting her on the phone. Again, understandable but frustrating. My family has chosen this facility because of the Lyft options, as my mother and I both have full time jobs and cannot always take her to appointments and at this point my grandma knows this facility enough to feel comfortable going by herself. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone.

My inital problem was discovered during a colonoscopy, when I started to A-FIB, this was Mar 2025. Now I was scheduled with Dr. Grammes in Feb 2026 and he was willing to listen, answer my questions, and put me at ease about my procedure. I had an early appointment so the parking lot wasn't as packed as it can be at later times during the day. When i entered i was promptly greeted by 2 nice employees who were upbeat and friendly, and i was checked in. The process was quick and went smoothly. I saw a new Doctor today, Dr Banks and his P.A. . The P.A does most of the appointment and the doctor comes in with a plan of treatment afterwards. They were both very nice and thorough in their observations. They also did an EKG which took less than 5 minutes. The office was clean and the staff was polite. When i checked out there was no wait and the receptionist printed everything we spoke about after the visit and scheduled my followups. This visit went very smoothly and i like this location. If your looking for a Cardiologist, this location is a good pick. 4 stars!!!

Totally unprofessional and rude office staff. My wife is bed ridden and only can make her doctors…read moreappointments via a medical transport. She had a morning appointment May 18. The medical transport company called her and stated that the medical transport had a breakdown and that they will not be able to pick her up in time. My wife tried to call the Urology clinic and inform them however she was not able to get through as usual. May 19 she finally was able to talk to the office staff and explained to them what happened and requested a new appointment. The office refused to schedule her for a new appointment and told her that she would have to pay 70 some dollars first for not making it to her appointment in spite of the medical transport breakdown. The office staff stated that its not their problem and wanted the payment first regardless. This clinic needs to be investigated and audited for it practices on how they treat their patients. The entire office staff needs to be fired and replaced with competent individuals.
