I went in today on Tuesday and they didn't do any clay with either of the stone, instead showed me a design which I said in my first visit that I would want something different. So imagine leaving them stones for almost a month and come back to see nothing is done as they promised, during the waiting I didn't get any call from the store but have to call in to keep checking. I am sure they are great local store but I am quite disappointed with what I experienced.

I won't name names (hint, hint), and I wanted them to just size the ring to my finger. It had to be sized up a bit. When I picked up the ring the gold band was stretched thin into an oval shape which flopped around on my finger. I pointed this out and they said they didn't see anything wrong with it. When I came into Treasures I was greeted by a very sweet and kind woman and then met her daughter and her husband. It was so nice to get that warm family feeling like they were going to make everything right that the other jeweler had ruined. Sure enough they did just that. The ring was brought back to life and made very strong and expertly crafted. I also had them do tipping to my Moms wedding bands. Tipping is when they build back up the prongs holding stones in a band. Both rings look fabulous and I'll definitely come back to have them set more of my loose stones in the future.

Instead of calmly inspecting it or discussing reasonable alternatives, the salesperson insisted that we had to buy it for $350. What made the experience unacceptable was how we were treated afterward. The salesperson became confrontational, exaggerated what happened, and even made a personal comment suggesting my wife "must be sorry to be with me." That was insulting, unnecessary, and completely unprofessional. We paid the $350 because we felt pressured and wanted to end the confrontation. We have the receipt, photos, and video from the incident. We also requested that the store preserve its surveillance footage so management can review what actually happened. I'm sharing this experience so other customers can be aware. I have also escalated the matter to S&L management and Westfield Oakridge.
