Have not had a follow-up contact since installation, which would be nice. But, if the opportunity presents, I will use them again.

After recently remodeling my lower level with I previously considered a basement I now have a wonderful downstairs addition to my home and Last month I replaced my windows from Primax and pleased with the quality and installation as I was 15 years ago. During the entire process The owner George took plenty of time listening to find my wants and needs offering several options. With a 20% deposit I agreed to the order for custom measured windows. As promised Project manager Larry came to my home measured and showed me the process of installation, giving me the comfort I made the right decision. The day of installation the job took one day as promised. The trim inside ande out is very well done. I highly recommend Primax for replacement windows. They made several trips to my mom's house with color samples, measuring, and even with a mini window display for a full demonstration of the window so she could easily ensure herself this was the brand of window she wanted. Every meeting with Ronnie was as scheduled. He was always punctual and flexible with my schedule. We had 10 windows removed and replaced all in one day with the temperature in the 40's and snow on the grown. Every piece of debris, packaging, and garbage was cleaned up and removed from the property. Ronnie even pays attention to the little details like ensuring the calk matched the trim. I can not say enough about this company and our overall experience! I will use them again on future projects. Ronnie and Missy, thank you for a job well done!
